Sorry, I have not been active on this blog since my final round of treatments. I just realized that the comment thing was not working and I think I have fixed it.

To answer some questions:

I do have an article on Vitex. You can find it in the Archives or just click on IVF Plus 40 to go to the last article written.

As for the recommended dosage for Royal Jelly. I think it is 2 tbsp a day. Most of the products have dosage recommendations. Check out some of the other resources I have listed. They also have dosages.

i have been using a fertility supplements with vitex. I have fibrocystic breasts disease and uterine fibroids. I am confused now since it's good for fibrocystic breast disease but not uterine fibroids. thanks for this info.

I did see someone mention the Vitex above. Have you found out any more about combining this with the royal jelly. We just had our first failed IVF cycle after multiple IUI attempts last year. We are following up with the RE next week however I want to start doing something with my body now. I don't want to wait. I plan to get my nutritional status up to par and want to give myself the best chances for cycle #2. Please let me know about their combination and also maybe the combination of taking FertliAid. I was taking that but not on a regular basis. What do you think about that. My main problem is poor stim response...low antral follicle count and low quality. Thanks! Jodie

The refrigeration is for pure jelly not Royal Jelly with honey. In the article there is a difference between Royal Jelly and Pure Jelly. You are correct that you should not put any of these items in anything hot. It will kill any of the properties that you want.

I am not to familiar with Vitex, but it sound like it is a herbal supplement which should be fine with Royal Jelly. I may do an article on vitex. Look for more to come.

Hi I just wanted to make a comment on the suggestion you made in regards to refrigerating the royal jelly that is in honey form. It says on the label Do not refrigerate. So, you might want to correct that. It is suppose to stay at room temperature. Also, you are not suppose to put it in tea or anything hot.
